Cloud Security:
- Served as head of security for cloud security project in Introduction to Cloud Security class as Merritt College
- Worked with a team to secure our site using AWS tools such as AWS WAF, Guard Duty, Inspector, and Certificate Manager
- Used GCP (Google Cloud Provider) to create a series of honeypots to observe what types of attacks would occur
- Created a sample business website on AWS for a Hacker Guard course at Merritt
- Aided in the creation of a three tiered infrastructure for a website, specifically in the creation of the web and application tiers.
- Also handled the web design of the website after the infrastructure was created.

Intrusion Detection:
- Studied basic intrusion detection at Merritt College
- Used tools such as Wireshark to examine Network traffic and also examined NIDS such as Snort learning about creating and applying rules on a network
Computer Programming:
- Basic knowledge of C++ and Python

Skills Application:
- Participated in National Cyber League (NCL) competition in both the Spring and Fall seasons of 2021 (Signed up for Spring 2022) with Merritt College
- Used the skills gained in my courses to solve challenges in categories such as Password Cracking, Cryptography, Network Traffic, Web Exploitation, and Open Source Intelligence
- Completed Codepath as one of my courses at Merritt
- I performed many exploits such as SQL injection, XSS, CSRF, IDOR, and Session Hijacking using tools such as Burp and CyberChef this was done through CTF and simulating a pen testing format
- We used VirtualBox and WPDistillery to create websites that we could demonstrate known vulnerabilities found through WPScan (using Word Press)
- Created HoneyPots on GCP that were left running to observe the types of malicious traffic that could be generated
